Our referral scheme is designed to be easy, yet highly rewarding! Here's how it works: 
If you refer a Registered Nurse who is not in our database, and we successfully place them you will receive a minimum reward of £100. As you continue to refer more candidates, the payment scale increases. Ts&Cs apply.
In order to qualify for your rewards, you need to be employed by iCare24, and your referred candidate must mention your name on the online form.

Referral Success: 
Upon the successful completion of 5 shifts, you will be eligible for the following cash bonuses based on your candidate's position:

• Healthcare Assistants: £50 per successful hire

• Registered Nurse: £100 per successful hire

• Speciality Nurse: £150

A Referral Bonus Payment is made to the referrer once the referred candidate has met the qualifying criteria.
