Terms and Conditions for iCare24 Group's 'Making Care Better - Star of the Month' Award:
1. Eligibility:
a. The 'Making Care Better - Star of the Month' award is open to all healthcare workers employed by iCare24 Group.
b. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the country where they are employed.
2. Submission Process:
a. To be considered for the 'Making Care Better - Star of the Month' award, eligible participants must be nominated by a colleague or a patient.
b. Nominations can be made by filling out a nomination form available on the iCare24 Group's website or through an internal nomination process, as determined by the organisation.
c. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
3. Consent to Contact:
a. By submitting a nomination for the 'Making Care Better - Star of the Month' award, the nominator consents to be contacted by iCare24 Group in case the submission is selected as the winner.
b. iCare24 Group may reach out to the nominator through email, phone, or any other contact information provided during the submission process.
4. Selection Process:
a. The 'Making Care Better - Star of the Month' will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by iCare24 Group.
b. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding, and no correspondence regarding the decision will be entertained.
5. Prize:
a. The 'Making Care Better - Star of the Month' will be awarded a £50 voucher or a gift card, as determined by iCare24 Group.
b. The voucher or gift card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
