Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring business adherence to relevant controls, completing tasks to meet targets and outcomes, protecting the company's Framework status, and assisting in audits. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to deliver continuous improvement in processing volume and accuracy. The Compliance Officer will support the team leader and wider department, provide deputy support for the Clinical Governance Director, and have a comprehensive understanding of the standards involved in relevant documents and processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure internal controls are implemented, maintained and reflective of business activities.
- Recognise and achieve the best service standards and outcomes from the compliance team. Strive for excellence in compliance processes and practices.
- Advise and recommend suggestions and improvements to the senior leadership team regarding compliance processes, policies, and systems. Contribute to the development of best practices.
- Support consultants in ensuring compliance is maintained across the business. Provide guidance, training, and assistance to consultants regarding compliance requirements and procedures.
To be eligible for this role you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in compliance and be able to come into the office 5 days a week.
